These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://cardinalleasing.com (the “Site”) and our
text messaging program, operated by Cardinal Leasing (“Cardinal Leasing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By
using the Site or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Site or our messaging program.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Cardinal Leasing’s equipment and lease programs and allows you to
request quotes, contact us, and access a payment link. Information on the Site, including pricing,
availability, and rates, is for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. A
quote or listing is not an offer or a binding agreement. Any lease or rent-to-own arrangement is
governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
- Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program description. If you provide your mobile number and consent, Cardinal Leasing may send text
messages related to your inquiry, quote, account, scheduling, payments, and customer service or
occasional promotional items.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or lease. You may use our
services without opting in to texting.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message
confirming your opt-out.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at equipment@cardinalleasing.us or 618.803.4086.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any

4. Payments
Our Site includes a link to rtowebpay.com, a third-party payment processor. Cardinal Leasing does not
collect or store payment card information on the Site. Payments made through that site are subject to
the processor’s own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their practices or availability.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or
practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Cardinal
Leasing and is protected by applicable law. You may not use it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do
